Crusade Tournament Agreement / Disclaimer & On-Line Privacy Policy

Please read and understand this license agreement and disclaimer fully before using any of the software, participating in the tournament, gaming or viewing the rest of the web site. This is an agreement between you, the end-user, and the Crusade Tournament and other content on this website. By installing and/or using Crusade Tournament software you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this license agreement, the software must be removed, including any installation files and archival files and you must leave the tournament.

Lucasfilm Ltd. \ LucasArts is however in no way affiliated with the tournament, this site or it's content. Everything connected to STAR WARS™ is property of Lucasfilm Ltd. \ LucasFilm. Everything connected to Star Wars Computer games is copyrighted by Disney, Lucasfilm Ltd., LucasArts, EA, or Totally Games.

Using any of the files provided on this page is done on your own risk. We take no responsibility what so ever for any damage (may it be direct or indirect) that is caused by the files or programs provided on this page. We recommend to backup important files before using any patches provided here.

The tournament and software are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and by international treaties. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the software or tournament rules/ instructions is transferred to you. You further acknowledge that title and full ownership rights to the software will remain the exclusive property of the Crusade Tournament and you will not acquire any rights to the software or rules/ instructions except as expressly set forth in this license. You agree that any copies will be completely unmodified and contain the same proprietary notices which appear.

You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify or otherwise reduce the software to a human-perceivable form. Except as otherwise expressly permitted in this Agreement, Licensee may not: (i) modify or create any derivative works of the software or documentation, including translation or localization; (ii) decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the software; (iii) redistribute, encumber, sell, rent, lease, sub-license, or otherwise transfer rights to the software, rules/ instructions; or (iv) remove or alter any trademark, logo, copyright or other proprietary notices, legends, symbols or labels in the software, rules/ instructions.

THIS TOURNAMENT AND SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WARRANTIES THAT IT IS FREE OF DEFECTS, MERCHANTABLE, FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGING. THE USER AGREES THAT ANY USE OF THIS SOFTWARE OR ANY FILES DOWNLOADED WITH THIS WEBSITE, TOURNAMENT, OR SOFTWARE IS AT THE SOLE RISK OF THE USER.

The Crusade Tournament makes no representations or warranties regarding the files downloaded by users. Copying or distributing unauthorized files may violate copyright laws. Compliance with the copyright law is solely the user's responsibility.

This license will terminate immediately without notice from the Crusade Tournament if you fail to comply with any provision of this license. Upon termination you must destroy the software, archival files, related documentation and all copies thereof.

This license shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada without reference to its conflict of law principles. In the event of any conflicts between foreign law, rules, and regulations, and Canadian law, rules, and regulations, Canadian law, rules and regulations shall prevail and govern. The United Nations convention on contracts for the international sale of goods shall not apply to this license. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of this license or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision of the license shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of this license shall continue in full force and effect.

The Crusade Tournament, the Crusade Tournament logo, swcrusade, and all trademarks, service marks and trade names of the Crusade Tournament appearing in the Crusade Tournament software, on the swcrusade.com web site or any mirror of the swcrusade.com web site are owned by the Crusade Tournament. Crusade Tournament trademarks, logos, service marks, and trade names may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Crusade Tournament, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, or in any way that disparages or discredits the Crusade Tournament.
